Judges are the supreme power in Mega-City One. They have the right to reach a verdict any resident of the megalopolis. The most powerful of them, Judge Dredd, a man with a truly unlimited power. It is authorized to pass sentence on the spot arrest, for him nothing is incredible. It goes without trial, without attorneys and lawyers, because his word is law.
